- alterations to boundary fencing
- high risk building and construction activities such as crane lifting, deep excavations, and drainage or discharge adjacent to rail corridor
- large land developments resulting in changed traffic conditions in proximity to the railway.
We also need to be aware of prescribed burns or planned bushfire mitigation, so Network Control can be advised. We know many of our adjacent landowners already manage this directly with Arc’s Regional teams.
